Established in 1993 by Engr./Atty. Reuel Trazo Pintor, a Geodetic Engineer board topnotcher and Bureau of Mines scholar, the firm expanded in 1996 and was renamed Pintor Surveying and Realty after he placed First in the Real Estate Broker’s Examination.
Today, the company continues its growth under the name Pintor Surveying, Realty & Development, offering comprehensive land, engineering, and mining surveys, as well as real estate development, titling assistance, and environmental processing. With decades of expertise and a strong commitment to precision, the firm delivers reliable results that support safe construction, secure land ownership, and responsible development across Cebu and nearby regions.
