Pintor Surveying Realty & Development was established in 1993 after its proprietor/owner Engr./Atty. Reuel T. Pintor, who is a Geodetic Engineer board topnotcher and a Bureau of Mines Scholar, resigned from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 7, Mandaue City. He worked with the DENR for ten (10) years as a Geodetic Engineer and a Lawyer thereat. In 1996 the firm name was renamed Pintor Law, Surveying & Realty, after he passed the Real Estate Broker’s Examination as the First Placer.

To efficiently and effectively deliver top quality surveying work. Pintor Surveying Realty & Development can call on the services of a number of key personnel to assemble and coordinate the technical disciplines, resources and facilities best suited for individual specialized projects. On its roster of key personnel are professionals with expertise on various disciplines.
